cation "NOTICE TO BIDDERS" for city advertising and also of "NOTICE OF
PUBLIC WORK" in reference, to abandonment of dtr-eetfs. in HILL Traact.

The Finance Committee roported on various accounts ; against the
city Which shad been allowed, and. offered the foilloting resolution to-Witt

Dr. Mac.lay refused to give permission to sever acxoss7 his property,
and the committee was given furtheir time.
