REPORTS OF OFFICERS: The re,port's of the following officers were read. and filed, tO- wit-, Police Judge,, Superintendent of Streets, Wharfinger, Pound Yeaper,&Auditbrs monthly Financial report. The City clerk reported the filing of Affidavit of Publication oof , "Notice of Street Work" . in the matter of abandonments of streets in- Hillside' Tract, al of filing affidavit of posting notices in the xMx same matter by the Supt of StreetSL.,also that official Bonds had been. recorded without charge-. Committee rendered and filed its report on allowance x of bills and offered the following resolution introduced by Council- man Stra seconded by Uouncilman McCargar to-wit; Resolution No 2316 C. S BE IT _IESOLVED THAT the Auditor,be and he is hereby directed to draw warrents-agaihst the various funds in payment of the several claims approved allowed by the Finance Committee. .Adopted by 6 affirmative; votes .l absent. The m4,or appointed the following committee, t0 =wit; Cnunc'ilman' ° Stradling,Hopkins and Allen The City Clerk was authorized to substitute a surety bond xf as his- official bond.in place personal bond given W. D. Houx and Scott Bowles.. Said bond be,, -ing given by the Royal Indemnity Bond Company. It was moved and carried'.that the matter of improving the bulk heads on Thompson Creek be refere,d to the Street Committee with power to .act.
