Ivor.. Howe.'engineer employed to prepare plans and specifications
and estimates for the improvement of Main and Third streets addressed
the Council and stated that he had completed his work and subitted the
completed plans, specifications and estimates and the same were ready f.
for adoption whereupon Councilman ldhite affere,d the following resolution
seconded by Councilman S tradling„ to -wit;

BE- IT RESOLVED THAT the plans, axii specifications and estimates submit
te:d by W. C. Howe for the, improvement of Third and IoTain Street in the.
City of Petaluma be and the same are here: -by accepted and adopted and
City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to advertise for bids for said
improvement in strict accordance with said plans and specifications.

authorized the Auditor to dray warrent in favor o ;i. C. ffowe for the

The matter of signing waiver by property owners on Main and Rkir
Third streets. was refered to tk City Engineer Frost and assessor
Stu.ddert as a committee to attend to same.
