HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 98-137 07/20/1998 Resolution No. 98-137 N.C.S. 2 of the City of Petaluma, California 3 4 5 AMENDING THE WOODSIDE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION PLANNED UNIT 6 DISTRICT LANDSCAPING AND FENCING 7 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS 8 9 WHEREAS on May 26 and June 23, ] 998, the Planning Commission held duly noticed 1o public hearings on the proposed amendments to the Woodside Village Subdivision 11 Planned Unit District Landscaping and Fencing Development Standards; and 12 13 WHEREAS on June 23, 1998, the Planning Commission forwarded its recommendation 1a for approval of the amendments to the Planned Unit District Landscaping and Fencing 15 Development Standards to the City Council; and 16 17 WHEREAS the City Council finds that the amendments to the Woodside Village Planned Is Unit District Landscaping and Fencing Development Standards.to be exempt from the 19 requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 20 15301(1)(4), Existing Facilities, of the CEQA Guidelines, because these changes represent 21 minor modifications to the guidelines; and 22 23 WHEREAS the City Council further finds that the proposed amendments are in general 24 conformity with the intent, goals, policies and programs of the Petaluma General Plan and 25 any applicable plans to provide for orderly growth and development within the City. 26 2~ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby amends the zs Woodside Village Planned Unit District Landscaping and Fencing Development Standards z9 as follows: 30 31 1. All fencing shall require a fence permit from the Planning Department. 32 2. All fence permits shall be accompanied by the written consent of all 4 quad lot 33 owners. 1 xoso~ut~on xo. 98-137 N.c.s.
