White and Mayor Young.
READING OF JOURITAI
The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 15th day of
December, 1919, were read and approved. as recorded.

The financ Committee renderedits report of various bills against the
City and its allowance_
hereof and offered the following resolution

warr:ents against the various funds in payment of the several claims as
approved and allowed by the Finance Committee..
Adopted by 7 affirmative votes, Noes none.
The Building and Grounds Committee :repor =ted that they had taken up
.the matter of improving the City Hall.
The :Street-committee reported that the property owners at 7th and
I s.treetss would build a sewer at private contract.

" day. of December, 1911, by `W2 H. jZartman, Mayor of the City of Petalum4
Wead and filed and refered to the City Attorney and approved by him.

NEW BUSINESS
It was moved.and carried.that a committee of three be appointed
to prepare a new offdinance regulatin construction of corcrete build -
ings. The rllayor appointed the following committee to -wit;
Councilmen Haplflm , white , an Cradling.
It was moved and carried that Dr. Ivancovich be granted a perPA
mit to c;o,mplete his building under- construct.ion.on Keller St.
Re-solution No. 2365 C. u'.
Introduced by Councilman Hopkins, seconded by Councilman White
directing Supt..of Streets to places speed. signs on streets and
`ratifying his actions in so doing was
Adopted by 7 Affirmative votes, Toes none.
It was moved and carried that the Building and Grounds commit-
tee be given full power to actin reference to repairing rofff of
the City Hallt and also in renovating the Council Chambers,. Clerks
and Assessors offices.

Introduced by C ouncilman Hopkins seconded by Councilman hiIcCargar,
was read, filed x to:-wit, A resolution
appointing Dr. James Anderson a member of the Board of Health to
fill the vacancy caused by the death of Dr. R. B. Duncan.
Adopted by 7 Affirmative votes, Noes none.
It was moved and .carried that the "matter of the care of - the Town
Clock be left with the Mayor and the resignation o,f E. I. Cammm be
laid over to next meeting.
It was moved and carried that a committee of three be appointed
to investigate the prices and time of delivery of cement for 3rd x.
and Main streets
The Mayor appointed the following Committee to -wit;
Councilmen I:IIcCargar,. Stradling, and Hopkins.
There being no futther business before the meeting on motion reg-
ularly made and carried the meeting adjourned.
