N'T` O7UCTION OF ORDIiGAIVCES : Ordinance Ido . 1£39 Ci S. was introduced by Councilman Sales as follows to -wit; "An ordinance of the City of Petaluma, prohibiting the maintainance or conducting of cattle, horse or stockyards within certain districts of the -City of Petaluma, and providing for the punishment for violating the provisions hereof and for the abatement of horse, cattle or stock- yards or corrals kept or maintained for breeding, bartering or dealing in such stock wi'thin.certain districts within the corporate limits of the City of Petaluma., and repealing all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith." was read and refered to the City Attorney and was approved by him and ordered published in the official paper Ordinance No. 190 C. S. Introduced by Councilman Sales as follows to -wit -; "An ordinance regulating awning over the public sidewalks of the City of Petaluma, and amending Ordinance number Thirty -six, section five ±ix thereof, Charter Series, approved November 6th, 1911, . by W? Stradling, one of the members of this Council,Fas recently suffered a bereavement by the death of his son.,, Dr Nilliam C Stradling, Now therefore be -it resolved that the Uouncil does hereby extend to the father and family of the deceased, its heartfelt sypathy and re- gret at the - lo.ss of a loving son and brother and one of the city's distinguished'and promising young citizens, and whose untimely end has cast a shadow, over the entire community, and be it Resolved that this res olution bc�: &k27JMA spread upon the minutes of 32;:0 this meeting and a cppy thereof sent to the family of the deceased.
