".An ordinance of the City of Petaluma Xk to regulate the keeping and
maintaining of certain 'livestock within the corporate limits of the -
City of Petaluma; providing for the issuance of a permit for the
keeping or maintaining of such livestock, and for the revocation of
such permit and providing penalties for the keeping or maintaining of
horses, mules,. jacks, cows, cattle or goats within the corporate lim-
its of the City of Petaluma without such permit, and repealing all
ordinances or' parts of ordinances in conflict herewith."
