Regular Meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma, called to
order by Mayor Young.
ROLL CzLL:
Councilmen present, Allen, Hopkins, McCargar,_Sale,s, Stradling,
White and Mayor Young,.
:BEADING OF THE JOUIU-TAL.
The minute2 of the last regular meeting held on the 21st day of
June, 1920, and the postponed regular meeting held on the 29th day of
June, 1920, were read and approved as recorded.
REPORTS OF CITY OFFICE :
The City Attorney reported on assessment and ment on Petaluma Co-
Operate Creamery and other property that the the judgments had been
paid and ought to be satisfied 'of record.
The reports. of Police Judge, Street 'Supt., Fvharfinger, Pound IkIaster
Treasurer and Financial report of Auditor were read and filed.
The City dlerk reported filing affidavit of publication of Ordinance
193 C. S. and that he has _published .notice of the meeting of -tIze
Council as a Board of Equalization, and that as per resolution he had
transfered from the Fund to the Rock Crusher Fund the sum of
$546,.35 for rock used by the City.

The Finance Committee passed favorably the the following bills to -wit

Came on regulary for second reading, read and adopted by the follow-
ing vote, ±xmck.x to -wit, AYES Councilmen Allen, Hopkins, SYIcCargar,
Sales, Stradling, White and Mayor Young. Noes none.
Lt was moved and carried that the mattex of detour xigkx signs be
left t,o the Street Committee with full power to act.

The Street Committee was given power_to act in regard to surplus
macadum being removed from streets.
Councilman 4hite veNally reported on sewer'questio.n and a general
discussion followed.
It was moved and carried that the Street Committee be authorized to
have monuments placed.
