Regular Meeting, of the Council of the City of Petaluma, called to

Councilmen present, Allen,.IvIcCargar, Sales, Stradling, 17hite and
Idayox Young. Absent Councilman Hopkins.

The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 6th day of July,
1,920 1 1 were read - and s approved as recorded.
Th � e City Attorney verbally reported on endeavors to obtain right of
way over Lundholm property.
The City Olerk reported amount he -had draw on treasury for cement
by vittue of Resolution No. 2424 C. S..

The Finance Committee `rendurdd its report af-�r its allowance of various
accounts against the City and Councilman 1V1cCargar introduced and Coun
cilman Stradling seconded thevfollowing resolution, to -wit;
Resolution Nlo. 2443 C . S.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT T the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to
draw warrents against the various funds in payment of the several bills
allowed and approved by the Finance Committee,
Adopted by 6 Affirmative votes, Noes none, Absent 1.

Uouncilman .Sales verbally reported for detour committee and agredd
that City would pay Mr. Meadows X60. for temporary detour.
NEW BUSINESS:
American Legion Donation,
ReIsoliltion No. 2449 C. S.
Introduced by Councilmanm White ,seconded by Councilman Stradling
donating ?100. to the American legion was carried by
6 Affirmative votes, Noes none, Absent 1.
In, re extension of Conduit Contract—
It was moved. seconded and carried that an extension of 30 days time
be granted t Bauer & Baugh in which to complete .contract for laying
conduit on P4ain & 3rd streets.

Introduced by Councilman White seconded by Councilman Stradling accept-
ing sewers on Main and 3rd streets laid by J. B. Silva were
Adopted.by 6 Affirmative votes each, No noes, 1 absent.

It, was moved and carried that a.committee of three be appointed
by the Jvlayor to meet with the Chamber' of Commerce, in c erence over
Egg Day proposition.
The. llvla-yor appointed on said Committee Councilmen Whit"e, MW - 'and
N'IcCargar.
There being to further business on motion regularly made and car-
ried the meeting adjourned.
