ROLL CALL; Councilmen present Alen,'Hopkins,.McCargar, Sales, Stradling, white and Mayor Young. REI;ID ING OF T JOURNAL : The minutes of the last regular meating held on the 20th day of September, 1920, were read and approved as recorded. The monthly reports of the Police Judge, Viharfinger, round- master, Treasurer and Financial Statement of the auditor were read and filed. The City Clerk rejam3t#e&x and Auditor reported that he had tra,nsfered the sum of 1$1891.27 from the General Fund to the hock Crusher Fund the value of mock used by the City to Sept o' 1, 1920. Also that he had received amit filed, and pos as required by law an application for a deed from George Vegensen and 1 May Vogensen.
