B. Approval of Minutes of Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting of Monday, April 2, 2018. C. Approval of Minutes of Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting of Monday, July 16, 2018, Council Member King asked that Item 1.6: Minutes of Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting of Monday, April 2, 2018 be corrected to reflect that on Item 4.A: Recommending the Mayors' and Councilmembers' Association make Appointments there were two separate votes: the first Recommending Appointment of Pam Stafford (Rohnert Park) to the Local Agency Formation Commission was 6/0 with Vice Mayor Healy absent. The second vote - Recommending Appointment of Chris Rogers (Santa Rosa) to the Newly Created Countywide Oversight Board for Successor Agencies - was 4/2 with Council Members King and Miller voting "no" and Vice Mayor Healy absent.
