The: ,Finance Committee rende 'ts report of allowance and approval
of'various accounts against the City and Councilman Allen introduced and
Councilman I "IcCargar seconded the following resolution, to -wit;

BE IT RESOLVED TILLT the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to
warr:ents against the various funds in payment of the several claims
against the City allowed and approved by the Finance Committees

Chairman Sales of the Street Committee reported that he had approved
the contract of property owners on 5th St. between C and B streets for
the construction of sewer.

Christian Temperance Union in reference to liquor regulations were
read and filed.
