Regular 1 of-the Council of the City of Petaluma, called to
order by Mayor Young.
ROLL CALL:

January, 1921 were read and approved as recorded..
REPORTS OF CITE' OFFICE
The monthly reports of the Police Judge, Whafinger, , Poundmaster ,, Tre:a -
ur and Auditors Financial reports were read and filed.
The.'City clerk reported th.e publication of Ordinances No's 19£3, 199,
and, 222 200 Charter Series and the filing of the affidavits of publicat
tion.

The Finance Committee rendered its report of various bills against
the City which were allowed and approved and Councilmen Allen introduced
and Councilman Stradling seconded the ollowing resolution to -wit;

against the various funds in payment of'the several claims allowed and
approved by.the Finance Committee'.'

The Street verbally made partial reports on various matters.

Club with the City Council in improvements of the City.

requesting the passage of an Ordinance to enforce the provisions of the
18th , amendment.

In re. Finances.
It was moved and carried. that a - committee of three be appointed by the
Mayor to investigate the City's Finances and report back with recommend,
tions to the Council.
The Mayor appointed on the Committee Councilmen White , Sales &; Hopkins.
It was moved and carried that Councilman McCargar be appointed a com-
mit'tee of one -to superintend the removal of the Fire bell on Washinton.St.
After a, general discussion of various matters the Council Adjourned.
