Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma, called to
order . by Mayor Young.
ROLL CALL:
Councilmen present Allen,'Hopkins, McCargar, Sales, Stradling, White
and Mayor Young.
READING OF JOURIUI :
The minutes of the last regular meeting held on 1darch 7th, 1921'viere
read and approved as recorded.
REIrOHTS 01' STANDING CODMITT DES :
The Finance Committee rendered its report of allowance of accounts
against .the City and Councilman ic±±ffxxJnxtY 1,1cCargar introduced and
Uounciman Allen seconded the following resolution to -wit,
Resolution No. 2504 C. S.
"BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to draw
warrents against the various funds in payment of the claims against the

City approved and allowed by the Finance Committee."

also application from B. A. Freeland for permit to build drive way,

NE VW BUSIHESS :
It was moved and carried that a committee be appointed by the lilayor
to draft a new ordinance governing the use of City V -iharves, and the
1vIaybr appointed the following committee,to -wit;
Councilmen Hopkins, and Stradling.
It was moved and carried that B. A. Freeland be granted a permit to
construct driveway into his place of business subject to the approval
of tle Supt. of Streets and the Street Committee.
It was regularly moved seconded and carried that the resignation of
Herbert Coleman as Pound lb'laster be accepted.
There being no further business on motion regularly made and carried
the mee ting adjourned.
