Special 1;1eeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma, called to
order by , !Iayor Young.

Councilmen present 11en, Hopkins, TYIcCargar, Sales, Stradling
Vlhite and layor Young.
T - City Clerk read the call for the meeting issued. by the Ml ayor..
which was to consider matters connec;,ted with the water supply and
consultation Concilman Stradling introduced and Councilman ��icCargar'�-
to -wit;
Resolution No.2525 C. S.
Directing the Auditor to draw"a warrent in favor of J. L. t1hite,
the Chairman of the slater Committee for the sum of $200.00 and was
Adopted by 7 Affirmative votes.
Cheif of Police Flohr reported that by virtue of the authority of
the City Council he had appointed Frank Towne Poundmaster at a salary
of t$75. per month and that he had been sworn in on June 10th 1921:
