The minutes of the last Regular meeting held on the 13th day of June
1921, and of the Adjourned Regular ::Meeting held on the 29th day of June,
1921 were read and avoroved as recorded.

The reports of the Police Jud , Viliarfinger, Poundmaster and Finah..-
cial report of the Auditor were read and filed.
The dity Clerk reported the filing of ce of Election and
oaths of office of the newly elected officers and also t Official
Bonds , also that he had published notice of meeting of the Board of
Equalization.
NEM BUSINESS:
The matter, of insurance against forgery was taken under advisement.
The matter of approval of Official Bonds was refered to the City.
Attorney.
It LYas moved seconded and carried that the matter of colecting the
claim paid Bauer & Baugh for Electrolier' broken on 'thashington St.
be referea to the City Attorney.

It was regularly moved and carried that H.S.McCargar be elected vice
president of the City Council.

After an address on the -arox:osiotion it was regularly rloved and car
ri.ed that a i-,ermit for a Flag Day drive on July 16, 1921 be granted . -.
It was regularly moved.,!and secor:dAa and carried that the Street Com-
mittee render a re port tO the Council of the amount of Street work con-
terwlated for the fi`sca.l year and probable cost.
Also regularly moved and carried tiia the Financ ?ommittee report to
Council the probable amount money that can be used for street yrork for
the fiscal year.
It was moved by Coulicilman White seconded by Councilman Hopkins that
the City Attorney be allowed to eypend a sum not to exceed $)300. for
expert opinion as to method to amend City Charter Etc in reference to
bonding for water purposes. Carried..
