Councilmen present, Alen, Hopkins, PlcCargar, Sales, Stradling, warrents against the various funds in payment of the several claims as approved and allowed by the Finance Committee." Adopted by 7 Affirmative votes, Noes none. TJ W BUSINESS: It was regularly moved and carried that the report of Capt. Dunshee to the IJlayor on repairing. on Main & Third streets jKx7.axx sidewalks be -' refered_tothe Street Committee for investigation and report. It was also regularly moved and carried that the Cit-; Engineer be instructed to give grades and prepare plans and specifications for the improvement of R.odega Avenue from Upham street to C Limits and D. xime street fron 2nd street to Hopper street with concrete paving 6 inches in thickness. 4oved and carriers that the 1� appoint a committee of three to con- suit with thu City Attorney and prepare proposed amendments to the pedinance on peddling. S. "BE IT RIESOLVED TFD T the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to draw warrents against the various funds in payment of the several claims as approved and allowed by the Finance Committee."
