Special 1t7eeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma, called to
order by Mayor Young.

Councilmen present Allen, Hopkins, I:.'IcCargar, Sales, white and
I Iayo Young.
Absent Councilman
The Clerk read and filed the Mayors call for the meeting to consider
sidewalk and street matters and such other matters as May be brought kv.:Em:
before the meeting.

Street Committee said Committees plans were adopted as far as possible
and actionon sidewalks.for Elain & 3rd Streets wa.s left to the Street

ing the $10000. u.S. BOnds as security therefor was introduced by
Councilman McCargar seconded by Councilman Hopkins was
