The minutes of the last regular mee ting held on the 15th day of
August 1921 and of the Special meeting held on the 30th day of August
1921 were read and approved as recorded.

Trustees were read and filed also annual report of Special Auditor.

and introduced the following Resolution by Counciman Allen seconded by
Councilman Stradling, to -grit;

against the City approved and allowed by the Finance Committee.

The Special Committee on Permanent Water Supply rendered its re-
port which was read by Chairman Vhite and the same was filed with the
report of -the Engineers lemployed by said committee.
