The minutes of the last regular meeting held.on the 19th day of Dec -
ember, 1921 and. of the Special meeting held on the 27th day of December
1921 were read and approved as recorded.
'r EPORTS OIL CITY OFFICERS;
The monthly reports of the 1harfinger, Poundmaster and FinanciG.l
report of the Auditor xwere read and filed.
The City. 6lerk reported that he had posted and filed certificates
of posting of Ordinances Nos. 208 and 209 Charter Series as reouired
by law. Also that he had received Compensation Insurance Co. Policy.

The Finance Committee rendered its report approving and allowing
claims against the City and Councilman Allen theredS introduced Wind. �:
Councilman ideCargar seconded the following resolution, to -wit;
