Councilman Allen introduced,

"An ordinance'establishing the grade of 1 Street from Kopper
Street to the north city limits, and Vallejo street from V ashington 2±
Street to a point 300 feet nothwesterly from the northwesterly line of
- dadison Street."
Councilman Sales introduced the following ordinance. to-wit;

"An ordinance to amend. ordinance iio. 198, Charter Series, approved
January 20, 1921, entitled "An ordinance enforcing the provisions of
Article Eighteen of the Constitution: of the United States prohibiting
the sale, storage, service, gift, transportation, im or ex-
portation of intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes; regulating
all other traffic in such liquors;- and providing penalties for vio-
lation hereof", by amending section si - Y. thereof pertaining to the
words " 1 Tj7BLIC PLAC -;" as used therein."
