The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 5th day of June,
192' and of the Adjourned Regi lar Meeting held on the 9th-day of June
1922, were read and approved as recorded.

The City Clerk reported the posting of Ordinance Do.- 218 C. S. on the
10th day of June, 1922, in threes public places in the City of Petaluma
and filing thereof.

against the City and Gouncilman Allen thereof introduced and Gouncilinan
McCargar seconded the following resolution to-wit;
