Regular - lleeting of tiie,Council of the City, of Petaluma, called to order by
Ilayor Young.
ROLL CALL;
Councilmen present, McCargar, White., Sales and Mayor Young.

READING OF THE JOURN;,.L;
The minutes of the last Regular meeting held on 21st day of August 1922,
-were read and approved as recorded.
IMPORTS OF CITY OFFICERS:
the monthly report of the Supt. of Streets, 'Wha rfinger, Police Judge and
Financial report of the Auditor read and filed.
The City Cler:t reported that he had posted notice of award of contract, and publish-
the same in the Hayes Avenue improvement, and that the necessary affidavits thereof
had been filed. Also that the contract for said improvement with necessary bonds
therefor had been filed.
Also reported that.heh had published Resolution of Intention No. 2630 as required
b7, law and affifdavit of said publication filed, also the affidavit of the Supt. of 'ft
Streets that he had posted the same.
