The Oity Clerk reported that he had completed the his Annual Reoprt and had forwarded
the same to the S''tate Controller and had placed the—same in the hands of the printer
to be printed -, also that he had prepared statistic on taxation in order to obtain
amount coming to the City from the State on School Bond issued and sent the same to the
,State Contfoller.
The City Engineer filed estimate of cost of �ionhole on Fourth St and E street.filed

The Finance Comnitt;ee rendered its rePortn allowing accounts against the City and
Chairman McCargar thereof introduced and Councilman Allen seconded t: -e following
resolution to wit; Resolution No. 2636 C. S.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Aud -itor be and he is hereby directed to draw warrent6
against the various City Funds in payment of the claims allowed and approved this day
by the Finance Committee4

and filed., and clerk, reported that he had deposited check in City treasury.
