READING OF THE'' JMUNAL: The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 18th day of September 1922, and of the Adjourned regular meeting on September 22nd, 1922., were .read and approved as recorded. Reports of City Officers; The monthly reports of the Superintendent, City Engineer, Wharfinger and Financial report of the Auditor were read and filed. REPORT3 OF STANDING CO14 UTTEES ; The Finance committee rendered i-ts'report approving various bills against the City and Chairman MoCargar thereof introduced and :Councilman Allen_ seconded, Resolution No. 2642 "BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor be land he is hereby directed to draw warrents against the various funds in the C t.7 'Treasury in favor of the various claimants w whose elai ms' have this day been allowed and approved b.y the Finance Committee.
