ROLL CALL: Councilmen present, Batchelor, D Sales, White and Mayor Young. Absent Councilman Allen and Farrell. -M1DING OF THE JOURNAL: _ t The minutes of the last Regzlar Meeting held on the loth day of November, 1922, were read and approved . as recorded. REPORTS OF CITY OFFICERS: The montlily reports of 'the Police Judge, City Engineer and Financial Report of the Auditor were read and filed. SORTS OF STANDING .COMD11TTEES; The Finance Committee rendered its report alloying claims against the City and Councilman Vjhite thereof'introduced and Councilman McCargar seconded, r 'Resolution No.2660 C. S.. "BE. IT RESOLV6'D that the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to drew warr.ents against the various funds in the treasury in favor of 'the claims allowed and approved by the p• Finance Committee this day." Adopted by 5 Affirmative votes, Noes none Absent 2. Councilmen Allen and Farrell entered the meeting. NEVI BUSINESS; Resolution No. 2661 C. S:. Authorizing the. Maydr to sign a lease on behalf of the City for lease for lot from the n orth Western Pacific R.Rd. for fire dept. use was introduced. by Councilman White seconded by Councilman Farrell and adopted by 7. Adopting the report of the City Engineer in reference to the boundary line :of Water street in rear of Gervasoni Street vial introduced by Councilman Batchelor, seconded by Councilman McCargar and adopted by 7 Affirm� votes Noes none. S. directing the Chief of Police to plac danger signals at the intersection od 3rd and D Streets was introduced by Councilman McCargar, seconded by Councilman Sales and adopted bar 5 Affirmative votes, Noes 2,.
