Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma called to order by
Mayor Young,
ROLL CALL: .
Councilmen present Allen, Batchelor, Farrell, Sales, White and Mayor Young.
Absent Councilman McCargar.
READING OF THE J.OURU -L:
The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 5th day of February 1923, were
read and approved as recorded..
nP0RTS OF C I'TY OFFICERS:
The 9ity Olerk. reported that he had notified. the Pacific Tel. Tel. Co. to
remove pole corner- of 3rd & C. streets.
The City Attorney reported. that he had talked with the Deb. Atttorney General
over the telephone in reference to opinion in Arthur case but had received nothing
definite.

thereof introduced and Councilman White seconded

The following ordinance was introduced by Councilman Batchelor to - wit;

The-matter 6f improvement of D street was postponed for investigation as *to the
matter of finance.
