Councilmen present Allen, Batchelor, Farrell, Sales, White and Mayor Young. Absent Councilman McCargar. READING OF THE J.OURU -L: The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 5th day of February 1923, were read and approved as recorded.. nP0RTS OF C I'TY OFFICERS: The 9ity Olerk. reported that he had notified. the Pacific Tel. Tel. Co. to remove pole corner- of 3rd & C. streets. The City Attorney reported. that he had talked with the Deb. Atttorney General over the telephone in reference to opinion in Arthur case but had received nothing definite.
