READING OF THE JOUH AL; The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 19th day of February 1923 were read and approved as recorded. REPORTS OF CITY OFFICES' The monthly report of the Supt, of Streets, `ilharfinger and Financial Report of the Auditor were read and filed.
