The minutes of the last regular Meeting, Yield on the 10th day of
.1pril, 1926, and of the s meeting held on the 30t1 day of April,
1923, were read and approved as recorded.
IsPORTS OF CITY OFFICER&:
The monthly report of-the ':harfinger , Superintendent of Streets _and
the financial report of the, Auditor were read and filed. The clerk
presented Affidavit of .Publication by John A.. Olmsted for the publication _
of Ordinance No. 224 C. S'. Filed.

ous bills against the City,, and Councilman Batchelor introduced. and
Councilman Farrell seconded, the following resolution, to -wit:
