The Chief of Police was requested to move the traffic warning
signs at, 3rd and E sts., as, the trees now obstruct'the sign: - Also Council
man Illen agreed to - ask the Galifornia Automobile. Association to supply
warning °signs to be,plaCed on the highway at the entr to the -city,
showing that a traffic officer is on constant duty to enforce the speed
• laws;.

This being. the time set by- for canvassing the election returns for
the General Municipal Election, held on June `12th, 1923, the .Council
