by Mayor :Sales .

The minutes of - the last regular me of M ay 5th, were read and
approved as recorded.
REPOR -T& OF. CITY OFF ICERS
The City Engineer presented description and -map of the pnoperty for
the proposed extension of Keokuk.S Filed.
REPORTS, OF STANDING CONIiUTTEES;
The.Firianc-e Committee rendered its report of numerous claims against
the City and Councilman. Van Bebber and Councilman McCarger
seconded, the following resolution,

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor be and 'he is hereby directed to draw
' warrants against the various -City Funds in payment of claims allowed and
approved by the Finance Committee. ./ Adopted by 5 affirmative votes,

and filed. Later brought up under the head of New Business and Mayor Sales
appointed a committee, of three consisting of-Councilmen Van Bebber and
Riewerts. and Chief of P',glice Flohr to investigate this section of the
license ordinance and report back.

but was laid on the table until.a full board colald be present.
Ordinance No. 250 C.S. re. regulation of trafficq introduced by
Dounc lean Batchelor, seconded by Councilman I'dcCargar, came 'Up- regularly
for adoption and received the following vote_: Ayes Farrell, IdeGarger, _
Riererts Van Bebber and Tdayor Sales. Noes none; Absent` Allen and Batchelor.

J. J. Peterson addres-ed ' the Council in a complaint about the low
f lying o the- airplanes An -the vicinity of Park and after a
lengthy1discus'sion the matter was referred to,the City Attorney to determine
whetherior not an ordinance could be legally drawn prohibiting low flying
in the City of Petaluma. ✓.
