'Dr. (;,�ozsage add-'rezzed the Council on behalf of the New Hotel Petaluma,
.stating that the sewex,faoilities for the hotel were inadequate and in
rainy -weather -.caused a, great deal of trouble The matter - was left to
'the street cojhmittee and city engineer to investigate and report back.
Mr. 1. V. K6rbel addressed the Council requesting a change in the
grade of the, curb on; 2nd. Street; lefty to the City Attorney to obtain the
necessary waivers Mr. Korbel also req a culvert -for the crossing
at the foot of B Street.
Mr.. G. Pauluen pr ' otestea against the construction of a sewer from J
to 6th Street, `stati that it is unnecessary for the sewer to go throuhg
to 6th. :street, therefore

The matter of a fire proof cabinet for the books in the office of
the City Engineer was left to the Buildings and Grounds:'Committee to

Broadway Streets was referred to the Street .Committee with power to act.
The granting of a franchise to the West Coast Transit Company' by
the Railraad Cqmmi,s,§ion was di,saussad-at length and the City Attorne

The matter of granting permission to the. Shriners* to use the.
