was again brought before the Council., Qhairman Farrell reporting little
progress because of the difference of opinion among, the property owners*
of the district, affected.. Mr. Cole addressed the Council -- stating his
Views and suggestions and the S pecial committee with the City, Engineer
was I delegated to investigate further, to form a district, and report
at the next meeting.,

possible.
On the recommendat -ion of I'dayor Sales, the - building and grounds
committee was authorized zed to have the grandstand at Kenilworth park
inspected as to its safety.
