'Cdunci,'Iman Ingerson reported having thoroughly examined the planking and stated that the- bridge was unsafe as it is at present and should be repaired immediately, whereupon Resolution J320 . 3 C.S. intr,oduced by Councilman Ingerson, seconded by Councilman Riewert d-ired the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the material needed, according to the estimate on file, adopted by 7 affirmative votes.
