Minutes of a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma., called to order by Mayor Zartman. ROLL CALL The Clerk called the .roll, and the .following members answered to their ' names: Councilman Gossage, Fredericks, 'Xercheval, St.r'a.dling,, Healey and hIa.yor Zartman. Absent: Councilman Walsh. A quorum being present, the Mayor announced the meeting open for the transaction of'business. READING OF JOURNAL The minutes of the regular meeting of July 17th, 1911 were.read and approved as recorded. DEPORTS OF OFFICERS The City Treasurer filed his monthly report for the month of July. Total collection for the month, $3904.56. REPORT OF STREET COMMITTEE The Street Committee filed a report relative to the petition of C. A. Pendleton and others relating to a server on Payran Street. The Committee rccona;;ended that the petition be not granted. REPORT OF SELECT COMMITTEE The report of _Special Committee, Councilman Kercheval and St were authorized to inspect street work of other cities. Tiled their report. Same was placed on file.
