Minutes of an adjourned mebting of the City of Petaluma,
called to order by Mayor Zartman.
ROLL CALL.
The Clerk call--C" the roll and the following members
answered to their names: Councilmen Walsh, Fredericks,.Kercheva.l,
Stra:dling, Healey, F,,nd Mayor Zartman.
Absent Councilman Gossage.
READING OF JOURNAL.
The reading of the journal of the regular meeting of
Aug. .21st and the regular meeting of Sept. 4th, were both read
and approved as recorded.
REPORTS OF OFFICERS.
The City Treasurer filed 1,'i report for the month <ng
August 31st. Total collections for the month $4777.66 Filed.
The Auditor filed a report showing the amount of money
in the several funds, as follows: 'General Fund, 57'S, 3 ?. F VI
!"326.3.,6. _ Library, $1511.93, School Bond �F Paik'Fund JIZ41.65
Total Atiiount on hand in Several Funds $4639.23.
C.H.Dillon Police Judge rendered. a report for the month
ending August 31st .1,01.1, Shooing the tolal amount for fines and
fees of 6 ti&8.50. Filed.
F. VV. To wne, Pouncimast er, filed report for the month
ending August 31st 1911, Showing 14 dogs destroyed.

Gent1eneh Your Finance Committee ba.t;ing examined the follov'ing
demands against the City of Petaluma, find the same proper charges
against the said City, and recommends that the game be allowed and
ordered paid, and that the City Clerk be directed to draw warrants in

RESOLUTION NO.133 C.S.
Introduced by Councilman M. Walsh a.t a regular meeting
of the City Council.. of the City of Petaluma on the - 5th day
of Sept 191.1.
Be it resolved that the report of the Finance Committee
be and the same is hereby adopted and the City Clerk and �
Auditor is hereby directed to draw hie- - wa - rra,nts in payment
of said claims, under the power and authority conferred upon
this Council by the Charter of said City.

of the items for .hydrants, that portion of the bill being

journed miebting of the City Council. of the City •of Petaluma.
on the 5th day of Sept. 1911.
-Be it resolved that tha City Clerk. be and is hereby
instructed to draw warrants in favor of the Petaluma. Power &
Water GD., for the amount of their bill, with the exception of the
item for hydrahts, under the poorer and authority conferred upon
this Council by the Charter of said City.

PETITION`S AND COM.1,1IUNICATIONS.
A communination.from R.W.Turner and others asking the
Council to stop the sale of beer and liquor, and .the manufacturing
of same, on the premises knoian as th-e CAPITAL BOTTLING WORDS
corner of Stanley and Upham Streets. Sari was refdrred to the
Chief of Police for investigation and report.
A communication from E.R.Howard , C.A.Pendleton and
Psi.- L.Thoma_s and ethers asking the Council to order aa sewer laid
Payran Street, East Petaluma. Referred to Street Committee
to investigate and report.
