The Clerk called the roll and the following
members ansy-. to their, names: Councilmen Walsh, 'Fredericks
Kercheval, Gosaage, Stradling, Mayor Zartman.
Absent: Councilman Healey.
READING OF THE JOURNAL.
The reading of the journal of the adjourned
meeting of'Sept. 13th was read and approved as recorded.
REPORT OF OFFICERS.
The Clerk reported as having on file affidavit
of the publisher and the Clerk's certificate of publication
of-Ordin No. 33 Charter Series.

The City Attorney filed. report relative to the
bill presented by the Pet:alur a Power and Water Co., against
the City of Petaluma for water :furnished for municipal purposes:

I+r,edericks, the bill of the water Company was laid' over for further
consideration.

R:ESOLUTI'ON ON THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE. RESOLUTION NO.138.
It. appearing from the affidavit of J.C.Art'hu -r Dianager
of the Petaluma, Courier, now on file with the Clerk of this
City, and the certificate o-c. said Clerk, that Ordinance No. 33
Charter Series, the same being " An Ordinance levying municipal
taxes for the City of Petaluma far the .fiscal year 1911 -3912,
Islas been dull published 'accordi.ng to the law and order of this
Council: Be it therefore resolved., that the same be and is here-
by adopted"

the repairing of the :Street Roller and report on same.
