Fredericks, at a regular' meeting of the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 16th day of October 1011. Be it resolv�d that J. B. Silva be and is hereby granted permission to open sewer from the middle of Walnut St., c the property line of Kent Street under the directions of the Supt. of Streets, un;ier the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City. Same was placed on file. The Nayor reported having received cornplai�nt.,s from the neighbors of Oak Park st.atin� that Tramps have taken possess- - ion of the Tool House.
