at an adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City
of Petaluma on the 30th day of Oct. 11911.
Be it resolved that, J, B•. SILVA be and is herby

granted permission to open Web`st'er St near Hayes Ave for
the porpose of running sewer to the property line .

Work to be done to the satisfaction and under the supervision

of the Street Superintendent. under the power and authory

conferred upon this. Council bey the Charter of City.

A.L.Wells. appeared before the Council relative to the
licence and concessions for the st`ree t carnival inconnection
with the coming poultry show he in December. The matter
was discussed and lairs over until . the next meeting of the Council
