Petaluma, called to order by Mayor Zartman.

REPORT OF OFFICERS..,
- Report of City Treasurer for the month of October,
was received. Total amount collected x$7726.65, credited
as follows: General Fund $3652.90. Unapportioned Fund
$$4044.75. Park Fund 029.00. The total balances to the
credit of the various Funds as follows': General. Fund
$2346.89. River Improvement $326.36. Library 97-4.11.

The monthly report of Police Judge for the month
of October was read showing the amount imposed for fines

Introduced by Councilman Healey at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Petaluma on the 6th
day of November, 1911.
Be it resolved that the agreement and waiver this day

filed by the Petaluma Power & Water Company with the

Communication was received and placed on file
from H. J. Campbell,, Secretary Petaluma poultry
Association, asking the 'Council. to donate $20.0 to aid
in carrying out their plans in advertising the show,.
Resolution was offered.granting the request but on
motion, which prevailed, same was held over until the
next regular. me ting•for action. So ordered.
Petiti were received from several merchants
asking that the Council reduce the age limit -at which
minors may enter Pool Rooms., to 18 years. A counter
petition was presented by•D.: W. Raven protesting
against the reduction of the age limit and ,asking that
the same be made 21 years. Both petitions were placed
on file.
NEW BUSINESS
Mayor Zartman reported that plans were in progre s
for the installment of "a sewer on Spring Street. The
matter was laid over for further conedderati,on.
Councilman Walsh brought tap the matter of a poor
sewer on English Street, which is a menance to health.
The Board will be instructed to investigate the
matter. '
City Attorney Hall stated that the property owners
against whom an order was directed badering cement side:
walk laid in front_ of their property, would comply with
request at once.
