Kirk Lok, Quality Inn Owner Petaluma, spoke of the impact of tourism and supports a Tourism
Improvement District.
Carol Brocco, Petaluma, told Council there is no safe way to cross town safely in a wheelchair.
Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political issues.
Sandra von Raesfeld, Petaluma, spoke in opposition to the public art installation, "A Fine .
Balance.
Kathleen Weber, Petaluma Downtown Association, in support of a Tourism Improvement District,
Max Childs, General Manager, Hampton Inn, Petaluma, in support of a Tourism Improvement
District.
Katherine Bobrowski, Little Woods Mobile Home Villa, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile
home park where she lives.

There was Council consensus that the term of the agreement should be two -
years, with two one-year renewals to follow that.
MOTION: Amend motion and second and Approve E. Resolution 2018-110
N.C.S. Awarding and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional
Services Agreement with the North Bay Animal Services, and all Related
Documents, to Provide Animal Control and Shelter Services, amended as follows:
Replace all instances of "Marine Humane" with "North Bay Animal Services";
strike the sentence reading, "WHEREAS, the proposal by Marin.Humane was
judged as best addressing the City's needs and satisfying selection criteria; and";
Motion by Chris Albertson, seconded by Gabe Kearney.
