Kirk Lok, Quality Inn Owner Petaluma, spoke of the impact of tourism and supports a Tourism Improvement District. Carol Brocco, Petaluma, told Council there is no safe way to cross town safely in a wheelchair. Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political issues. Sandra von Raesfeld, Petaluma, spoke in opposition to the public art installation, "A Fine . Balance. Kathleen Weber, Petaluma Downtown Association, in support of a Tourism Improvement District, Max Childs, General Manager, Hampton Inn, Petaluma, in support of a Tourism Improvement District. Katherine Bobrowski, Little Woods Mobile Home Villa, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.
