of forty years. Accompanying the same was a check for five hund.ered

abi'tants thereof, that a plant be constructed f-or the purpose of improving
and maintaining the .highway and roadways of said City:
BE TT THr_RFFORE RFSOLVED, that this Council immediately proceed to ins-
tall and bil macadam plant, and purchase the neceU °ary appliances for
the use and maintenance thereof, and that all the aid work shall be
und-ex the direction and supervision of `the street committee, under the

of " Howard "' Street to -te northeasterly line of Post Street by

Be it resolved that Ordinance No .64 C.S. be and the same
'is hereby adopted, being and Ordinance regulating the charge for Water
and Gas Service Connection, under the power and authority conferred
upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
