Be it .resolved that the section of. the Ordinance establishing the prie to be paid for. electricity in the City of Petaluma wherein the price per K.W. is fixed at .10cts be nd the same is hereby amended so ag to read that the price to be charged to residences shall in the City Of Petaluma be .6cts, per K.P. and the price to be charged to business houses shall, be .Ccts.. per KA. and' also that meter - the Section of the Ordinance establishing a r ir.imun,price s.ha11 be remitted entirely and. that the said. Be it resolved that Ordianence 69 be and the same is hereby adopted An Ordinance prohibiting parsons who have been placed. upon th " Prohibited List" as provided in <secti o'n 36 of Ordinance No.3 from entering visiting or fre r uenting any saloon or saloons in the City of Petaluma. under the power and authority conferre- upon this Council by the Charter of said City. Mayor Zartman imformed the Council that .according to the provisions of the City Charter he is a:bliged to secure an expert to examine all the books of all the City Officials Council #ran Walsh called the a.t`t;ention of the Council to the fact - that the City Charter is being v1-01 €_tech daily owing to the fact that the railroad, company miakes up its train on the 'S'treet which is in direct violation of a charter provision. The•matter - wia)l be investigated..
