Councilman Fredericks, brought up the h.eeddof Ca:ureverse gutter at Main and Kent Street. as promised the property owners the iriatter was referred to the Street Committee for their, invi.st i,ga:t ion,. Mr St o.ckdale. appeared and objected to t`he new sewer on Main St. near Oak as recent l yypet it ioned for. Mr. Brown also spoke favoring the proposed sewer. ,The Council expeessed its opposition to allowing any mo-s'e sewers across property. and it was decided. that the proposed sewer should be built on 14a.in Street. Mro2 Tep'resenting the Austin- Vle.sterivCo. addressed the Council relative to supplying an. ..other Rock C,rtashe for the purpose of supplying sufficient screenings required for Street Oiling and Improven;ent. He visas as, - ked to. wake his proposition in writing which he agreed to do to be su >>iriitt ed at the nect meeting. S Councilman Fredericks addressed the Council relative - to the Sundays mishap N, he 'urged that the matter b.e taken up, and thourrh that the City should reimburse the hosa ta.1 people on account of the many expenses in treating the emergency patients. Acting Mayor H:.S.Gossage,, appointed a Committee consting of Counc'ilin;an. Fredericks, Healey end. Stradling to look into the matter and report back its ti. .w.
