in the City of Petaluma, and, whereas, it is the desire of this
Council that the improvements upon said Streets t be aocepted�

that the Supt. of Streets :bye:, and he is hereby directed,
to notify property owners abutting upon all improved streets to
f xt;re curb and gutter upon thei same s'c, as tc m -eet the requirements
