Introduced by Councilman Kercheval., seconded by C'ounci'lman Stradling De it resloved that' the reoort of the; Finance Committ be and the same is hereby adopted and the City Clerk is directed to draw warrants in payment of said claim Ayes; Councilman Walsh, Gossage, Fredericks, K`e'rcheval, Stradling, Healey, and Mayor Zartman. Noes; None. Absent; None. NEW BUSINESS. Mayor Zartmen brought up the matter of complaints against 1 auto speeders on the local streets. The matter vas discussed. 'at length, and it was left for the Mayor to put the whole matter up to the local Police Force for a strict inforcernent of the ordinance. The Mayor brought up the matter of the necessity of com- pelling both Electric Companies to use the same poles. had the mattler up with them, and will have' a further co with a view of getting some action on the matter. Counci'lma Healey spoke upon the matter of the City and suggested that it be kept at the Corporation Yards,. No action taken. He has nference Ambulance's Discussed The cond.itdon of East Washington Street was discussed and several plans were proposed. Action deferred.
