The Clerk presented street bond No. 6 series No. 20 for Hini.k�am-gSt. improvement, and reported the same paid in full. s: t- It was ordered cancelled and filed, and t'he usual records were made. i City Engineer H. A. Hubbard submitted profile and spec ifications for the construction of the pipe sewer on 2nd, street and sar�:e were Filed and later adopted by resolution. COMMITTEE REPORT. Street Cori itt ee: reported the matter of the claim of C.F. Weishand,a -nd recommended that the City refuse to fill in or improve the lot of Mr. Weishand in any way whatever. Filed. I J.. Be it resolved that the report of the Finance Committee be and the same is hereby adopted and 'the City Clerk is hereby directed to drarr warrants in favor of said claims. NEW BUSINESS, The Committee named to secure estirriat -es for the cost of Illuminated dial for the town clock asked for and was granted further time. The Street Committee owing to the rain was unable to- take up several matters referred to it ° at previous meeting and was granted further time in which to report. Councilman Walsh gave notice that at the next meeting he would introduce resolution for the improvement of Ralland Street, from Kentucky to Walnut. The matter of log =sexing the sidezialk and curbs � F /Street '.. was brought up. The I'ayor called attention of the Council to plans for Special Wat -er System Committee of 151 visiting the mountains for the purpose of inspecting the rights, property and plant of the V?ater Co.
