He: stated that the dangrer from rabies is greater than iwhen t - -he, ordinance was adopted and is t =raveling all over the coast . There was a general discussion in reference by the. City Attorney and others regarding, the non inforcement. of ordinances, complaint against the Pond Master also against the permitting certain restaurants t;o sell liguor after midnight. Offical, representv.es of the City Gas and Electric. Co, Great Western Power Co and the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph, -00 -were present with itheir attornyas, t'ak'e up the matter of the joint use of poles,'. "orde - to do away with the numerous .number of poles _in the city. The matte ;was generally discussed and . the matter was put over for one month to allow t'he companies to c oop:erat e and to report c onoul s i ons at that time. RESOLUTION NO.4.72.
