7 :30 P. M.,, Minutes of a reg, adjourned meeting of June 6th, Mayor
Zartman presiding.
ROLL CALL
The Clerk called the roll.and the following members answered
to their names: Councilman Gossage, Fredericks, Healey and Mayor
Zartman. Absent: W alsh,Kercheval and Stradling.
`READING OF'JOURNAL
Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
NEW BUSINESS
RESOLUTION ' NO 550
Introduced by Councilman Fredericks, Seconded by Councilman Gossage..
Be it resolved that the sum of five.(.5) dollars be and the same
_is hereby named as the total amount that shall be. paid each person
serving as an.Election officer for precinct 12, the same being the
precinct" situated out side of the City limits, for the school election
to be held on June 10th, 1913.
Vote
Ayes: Councilman Gossage, Fredericks, Healey and Mayor Zartiilan.
Noes: None :.
Absent: Councilman Walsh Kercheval and Stradling.
RESOLUTION NO .5'51
Introduced by Councilman Fredericks. Seconded by Councilman Healey.
Be it resolved that Ordinance No. 92 Charter Series be and the
same is hereby adopted being an Ordinance: -
"Fixing thb. salaries of the Officers of the City of Petaluma,
County of Sonoma, State of California, and providing that the same shall
become of full. force and effect on the first Monday of July 1913, at
12 o'clock noon ".

Aye "s: Councilman Gossage, Fredericks, Healey and Mayor Zartman.

Absent: Councilman,Walsh, Kercheval and Stradling..

Be it resolved that Ordinance No 93 Charter Series be and the
same is hereby adopted being an Ordinance: -
"Determining that the Public Interest•and necessity requires and

demands that Douglas atreet in the City of Petaluma, County of Sonoma,
State of California, be opened, extended, and continued, through, over,
upon and across private property, from the north line of Fair Street
to the south Line of Post Street."

Ayes: Councilman Gossage, Fredericks, Healey and Mayor Zartman.
Noes: None
Absent: Councilman Walsh, Kercheval and Stradling.
ADJOURNMENT.
On motion of Councilman Healey, seconded.by Councilman Gossage the
meeting adjourned.

Mayor Zartman.presiding.
ROLL CALL.
The Clerk called the roll and the . following members answered
to their names: Couiicilman.Gosaage, Kercheval, Stradling, Healey
and Mayor Zartman. Absent. Councilman Walsh and Fredericks.
NEW BUS'INES'S
The Mayor stated that this -meeting was called for the purpose
of discussing the matter of oiling the , streets. The matter was discussed
at length and it was finally agreed that the Superintendent of Streets
proceed with the oiling under tine directions of the Street Committee.
Mayor Zartrnan presented communication from the Secretary of the
Flag Day Association inviting the Council to attend the .ceremonies
Sunday 2:30 P. M.
ADJOURNMENT.
On ,motion of .Councilman Healey, Seconded by Councilman
Kerc-heval, the meeting adjourned.
