ROLL CALL The Clerk called the roll and the following members ansviered to their names: Councilmen Vestal, Gossage,.Me Cargar, Torr, Stradling, Healey and Mayor Horwege. NEW BUSINESS. RESOLUTION - NO: 566.. Introduced by Councilman Healey. Seconded by Councilman Stradling. Be it resolved that G. P..Hall be and he is hereby appointed City Attorney of the City of Petaluma for the ensuing two years. Vote: Ayes: Councilman 'festal, Gossage, N1c Cargar, Torr, Stradling, Healey and Mayor Horwege Noes: None. Absent: None RESOLUTION NO. 567 Introduced by Councilman Torr. Seconded by Councilman Stradling. Be it resolved that -Resolution No.*10 C.S, adopted at an adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma, on April 24th 1911 be and the same is hereby repealed, vacated and sets aside. Vote:_ Ayes: Councilman Vestal, Gossage, Mc Cargar, Torr, Stradling, Healey and Mayor Horwege. Noes: None. Absent, ".None RESOLUTION NO. 568. REPORT OF OFFICERS. The monthly report of the Treasurer for the month of June was read and ordered filed. The monthly report- .of they Auditor for the month of June, and the annual report for the fiscal year ending June 30th,191.3 were read and ordered filed. The monthly reports of the Pou.ndmast,er from April 14th to July lst .wt.Rt read- and ordered filed. The report of the Police Judge for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1913, and.also the report for the month of June were read and ordered filed The report of the Superintendent of Streets, giv,ing an: in- ventory of City Property in his hands was read and filed - ,Thee bonds of Gi ,y-A-tt.orney G. `P. Be it resolved that the Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to notify the C4airman of each Committee, and also any officer, by a written communication of any matters that may be referred to any Committee or Officer by the Council. Egan of the Fourth of July Committee appeared and stated that the 500- 30 and 40 watt lamps borr.owed.from'the Light Companies could be purchased for $100.95, and the lights and wire left jj for the summer. A warrant was ordered the following resolution. RESOLUTION NO 57'5 Introduced by Councilman Healey, seconded by Councilman Torr. Be it resolved that the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to drawn a warrant in favor of S. E. Gamble in the sum of $100.95 in payment for lights and wires on streets. Vote: Ayes: Councilmen Vestal, Go.ssage, Mc Cargar, Torr, Stradling, Healey and Mayor Horwege. - Noes. None Absent:. None A resolution was introduced by Councilman Stradling in reference to readjusting the funds of the City. The matter was held over until next meeting. ADJOURNMENT.
